Job summary

Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada is seeking a Sales Clerk for SuperThrift. You will deliver friendly, efficient customer service and help maintain attractive displays to support the store’s mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Experience with thrift, cash, production, sales or customer service is an asset.
• Experience with a POS system and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with new inventory.
• Create and maintain sales displays.
• Assist customers with the fitting rooms and putting away unwanted items.
• Clean and tidy merchandise and display areas.
• Carry product to a customer’s vehicle.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Process returns/exchanges.
• Train new staff as required by store leadership.
• Answer phones and maintain safe, clean workspaces.
