Qualifications

• Police Clearance with a Vulnerable Sector Check within the past two years.
• Empathetic and patient demeanor.
• Experience working in the field is an asset.
• Valid Class 5 driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Insurance requirements include third-party liability and general liability.
• First Aid Level C certification within three months of hire.
• Minimum one home inspection is required.
