Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Personal Support Worker to join the Long Term Care team at Norfinch Community in North York. You will build relationships with residents and their families, providing daily living support that enriches daily health and well-being with dignity and respect.

You will assist with activities of daily living, support mobility, and, with training, administer medications under supervision, contributing to a warm, inclusive home where residents live fully each day.

Formación

• You have completed a Personal Support Worker program from an approved college or private institution.
• You are compassionate and dedicated to meaningful work that supports seniors.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident supervision and assistance with activities of daily living as per care plans.
• Provide resident care and services, including assisting with mobility, communication and medications under supervision.
• Support resident comfort and well-being by offering cognitive, social, emotional and spiritual support and encouraging participation in programs.
