Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas to ensure safety and hygiene.
• Support residents with mobility and encourage participation in social activities.
• Monitor residents’ health and promptly report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide specialized care to residents with dementia using appropriate techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver holistic, individualized care.
