Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with active BC registration.
• Experience in senior or long-term care preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with care team using person-centered approach.
• Maintain resident assessments, care plans, and documentation.
• Implement and evaluate care plans; adjust as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per policies.
• Coordinate plans with physicians and providers.
