A leading home health care provider is seeking a compassionate Home Support Worker in Kincardine, Ontario. In this role, you will travel between patient residences, prepare meals, provide companionship, and assist with personal care. Ideal candidates will bring strong listening skills and a passion for community service. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and have a high school diploma. This position offers full-time hours with flexible scheduling and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Willingness to visit patient residences within a designated area.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Valid driver license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Travel from patient to patient completing several home visits per day.
• Prepare meals and assist with meal-time.
• Provide companionship and support the well-being of patients.
