• Completed Health Care Aide Certificate.

• Dementia education is an asset.
• Vaccination against required communicable diseases per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in a home-like environment with dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Assist residents with personal care and social/rec recreation activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information per Covenant Care policy and applicable law.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team and promote teamwork.
