Job summary

Connecting-Care- is seeking a Casual Hospitality Aide to support residents in a senior living or healthcare community. The role focuses on meal service, housekeeping, and engaging residents in activities to create a warm, home-like environment.

You will assist with dining, food safety, and daily cleaning while following safety standards. Strong communication, compassion, and teamwork are essential, with preference for a high school diploma and food safety certification.

• Support mealtime service and maintain a warm, inviting dining environment for residents.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment daily and help with general cleanliness of dining areas.
• Ensure environmental health standards and provincial regulations are followed.
• Engage residents in activities, fostering socialization and meaningful interactions.
