Job summary

Sienna Senior Living is hiring a part-time Dietary Aide for Granite Ridge in Ottawa. You will support dietary services, prep and serve meals, and help ensure residents receive meals per diet plans. You’ll contribute to a compassionate, resident-centered environment and build relationships with residents and team members daily.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Safe Food Handler’s Certificate or be willing to obtain one.
• Experience in dietary services or food service in healthcare or institutional settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation and handling.
• Assist with meal preparation and serving.
• Follow residents' diets and preferences.
• Take menu orders from residents.
• Set and clear dining tables and ensure sanitation.
• Adhere to proper food handling techniques.
