Job summary

Arnold Bros. Transport Ltd. is hiring for a Team LCV driver. Drivers are out 5–7 days, covering MB to AB, with an average monthly mileage of 18,500–22,000 miles per team.

Pay potentials include per-mile rates, safety bonuses, and paid orientation. Full-time, permanent positions with optional benefits are offered. Requirements include a valid Class 1 license, LCV and PDIC certificates, and at least 2 years of verifiable tractor/trailer experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 license with a clean driving record.
• LCV Certificate; willing to train if 2 years long haul or 150,000 miles verified.
• PDIC Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class 1 vehicle in team LCV runs MB to AB.
• Meet mileage targets and schedules for the month.
• Complete live loading and unloading as required.
• Maintain a clean safety record and compliant logs.
• Attend orientation and follow company policies.

We are hiring Class 1Company – LCV TEAM. Our drivers are usually out for 5 – 7 days at a time, running from MB > AB.

This is not a Mon-Fri position.

Average miles for this run are 18,500 to 22,000 miles per month for team drivers.

What We Offer:
EARNING POTENTIAL TEAM LCV $0.455/mile per driver

• All miles are paid $0.425/mile (per team driver)
• Safety Bonus Potential $0.03/mile
• $15 per hook and unhook event for LCV trailer sets (Team Split)
• Paid for all Live Loading & Unloading
• Competitive Compensation package
• Paid Orientation $250

Qualifications:

• Valid Class 1 license
• Must have LCV Certificate (willing to train if 2 years long haul or 150,000 miles can be verified)
• Must have PDIC Certificate
• Minimum 2 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience
• LCV Driving Experience an asset
• Clear commercial abstract with an excellent safety record
• Flexible to depart over the weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun)
• Flexible to drive nights
