Job summary

Arnold Bros. Transport Ltd. is hiring Class 1 Owner Operator – LCV TEAM. Drivers are usually out for 5–7 days, running from MB to AB.

Average miles for this run are 18,500 to 22,000 miles per month for team drivers. Pay includes all miles at $1.55/mile (loaded or empty), $30 per hook/unhook, and other competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Class 1 license valid and current.
• Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor/trailer experience.
• PDIC and LCV certificates required or willing to train.
• LCV driving experience is an asset.
• Clean commercial abstract with strong safety record.
• Ability to depart over weekends and drive nights.

Responsibilities

• Drive as a Class 1 owner-operator on long-haul routes MB to AB.
• Operate on a 5–7 day schedule away from home.
• Get paid for all live loading/unloading.
• Maintain equipment and comply with safety regulations.

We are hiring Class 1 Owner Operator – LCV TEAM. Our drivers are usually out for 5 – 7 days at a time, running from MB > AB.

This is not a Mon-Fri position.

Average miles for this run are 18,500 to 22,000 miles per month for team drivers.

What We Offer:

EARNING POTENTIAL LCV TEAM $1.62/mile

• All miles are paid $1.55/mile (loaded or empty)
• Safety Bonus Potential $0.07/mile
• $30 per hook and unhook event for LCV trailer sets
• Average fleet cap is $0.46-$0.48 per litre
• Paid for all Live Loading & Unloading
• Competitive Compensation package

Qualifications:

• Valid Class 1 license
• Truck must be 4 years or newer
• Must have LCV Certificate (willing to train if 2 years long haul or 150,000 miles can be verified)
• Must have PDIC Certificate
• Minimum 2 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience
• LCV Driving Experience an asset
• Clear commercial abstract with an excellent safety record
• Flexible to depart over the weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun)
• Flexible to drive nights
