Jetson is hiring a Community & Social Media Manager in North Vancouver, BC. You will own the voice of Jetson’s community, manage content, schedule, and engagement, and drive UGC and influencer programs. You’ll collaborate with brand and growth teams to align social activity with marketing goals.

You’ll turn passionate customers into advocates, launch new channels, and ensure feedback loops reach support quickly. A strong sense of online culture and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience running organic social for a D2C brand and measurable results.
• Proven ability to grow and engage an online community.
• Comfortable managing public interactions with warmth and transparency.
• Skilled in balancing public replies with private conversations when needed.
• Ability to own metrics from reach to conversion and optimize accordingly.
• Hands-on in influencer/UGC programs, including sourcing and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Own Jetson's voice across social channels and communities.
• Run community management end to end: respond, welcome, engage.
• Manage content calendar, channels, and performance.
• Identify new channels and formats, from concept to launch.
• Turn happy customers into advocates and create talking points.
• Build a UGC engine and repurpose content across channels.
• Lead shoots and edits, pushing concepts from idea to publish.
• Coordinate with support to close loops with customers.
• Monitor platform changes and evolving online trends.
• Track content performance and inform strategy with data.
• Partner with brand, growth, and customer teams to align goals.
