Job summary

WINS (Women In Need Society) in Calgary seeks a Manager, Community Services to lead the Community Resource Hub, Connections and House to Home. You will supervise two Coordinators and help shape program development, partnerships, and budget oversight.

The role blends leadership with program evaluation, data reporting and continuous improvement to ensure participant-centered, inclusive services across WINS locations and community events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• At least five years in community/nonprofit program work.
• Three years managing staff or supervisory experience.
• Experience designing, leading, improving, or expanding community programs and evaluating outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Community Services across WINS sites and set program priorities and annual plans.
• Design and launch new programs from needs assessment through implementation and review.
• Supervise and support Coordinators, including performance and staffing needs.
• Develop and lead program evaluations and data collection tools; report outcomes to stakeholders.
• Build community partnerships and monitor budgets to support program delivery.
