Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Experience supervising employees and/or volunteers.
• Experience with inventory control, warehousing, food distribution, or related operations is an asset.
• Experience working in a community service, non-profit, social service, or charitable organization is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Community and Family Services and Food Bank programs, ensuring efficiency and respect for clients.
• Coordinate community outreach, fundraising events, donor relations and partnerships.
• Supervise food bank warehouse activities, inventory control, and safety procedures.
• Supervise front-end client intake, staff coverage, and ensure a welcoming, confidential environment.
