Qualifications

• Relevant degree in business management, sustainability, communications, or environmental fields.
• 3–5 years in social compliance or related role in mining/extractives.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Manager, Community Relations with daily queries and social performance tasks.
• Assist in implementing stakeholder database and data entry for engagement activities.
• Coordinate community engagement, reporting, and compliance activities in BC.
• Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and track action items to completion.
• Support community investment initiatives and reporting for sustainability.
