Job summary

Centerra Gold is seeking a Coordinator, Community Relations to support BC sites (Mount Milligan, Kemess, Endako) in social performance and stakeholder engagement. Travel to mine sites and regional communities is expected, with duties including data entry, reporting, and coordination of meetings.

The role requires a relevant degree and 3–5 years in social compliance in mining; strong computer and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in business/commerce/sustainability/communications/environmental science or management.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in junior to intermediate social compliance roles in mining or the extractives industry, preferably with BC experience.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with compliance/social software programs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager, Community Relations with day‑to‑day queries and issues related to external relations and social performance in BC.
• Assist in implementing and rolling out the stakeholder database and data entry for consultation and engagement activities.
• Contribute to external relationships with individuals, businesses, and community organizations supporting outreach and Community Policy.
