· Support the development of strong relationships with external partners, local communities, and relevant authorities.

· Coordinate and support the delivery of community events, motivating employee participation and engagement.

· Plan and implement community-based programmes in line with established standards and project objectives.

· Use various communication channels (newsletters, social media, blogs, internal emails) to promote employee involvement in community engagement activities, in line with client requirements.

· Measure and report on programme outcomes and social impact.

· Occasional travel to other cities in Ireland may be required.

Minimum Requirements

· Residency in the Greater Dublin Area.

· Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

· University degree (Bachelor’s and/or Master’s).

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in CSR, social impact projects, corporate affairs, or related fields.

· Previous experience working with non-profit organisations and/or corporate volunteering programmes.

· Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

· Solid understanding of the social and community landscape in Dublin and surrounding areas.

· Native English speaking (excellent written and spoken communication).

Working Conditions

· Full-time contract.

· Hybrid/remote work model with regular in-person meetings and events:

o Average of 3 days per week attending in-person activities across various locations in the Greater Dublin Area.

o Two or three times a year travel in Europe is also expected.

· Salary: Competitive and based on experience.

What We Offer

· A dynamic and international work environment.

· Opportunity to contribute to innovative, high-impact social programmes.

· Flexibility to support work-life balance.

· Annual performance-based bonus.

· One floating personal day per year, plus December 24 and 31 off.

· Annual €100 wellness allowance.

· 16 hours per year of paid volunteering time.
