Qualifications

• Greet customers and gather prescription information according to Standards.
• Refer to the pharmacist all clinical inquiries.
• Set realistic customer expectations as to wait times.
• Process prescriptions and cash out ancillary items.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy requirements.
• Assist pharmacist with data entry and refill processing.
