You will assist in prescription processing, workflow, and customer interactions, under the supervision of the Pharmacist, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; pharmacy assistant certification preferred.
• Pharmacy Assistant diploma recommended.
• Previous Pharmacy Experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Good problem solving skills.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, gather prescription information, and refer clinical inquiries to the pharmacist.
• Process administration tasks: receive new prescriptions, adjudicate third‑party billing, handle calls and faxes.
• Assist in prescription preparation, data entry, medication selection, counting/packaging/labeling, and maintain pharmacy records.
