This is a casual position in the Owen Sound, ON area.

Hours of work are school hours Monday to Friday.

What The Role Involves

• Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome.
• Working with patients (both in-person and virtually) to provide exceptional nursing services.
• Providing services in a variety of settings which may include in-home, clinic, retirement home or school.
• Communicating and liaising with patients, family members and others within the interdisciplinary care team.
• Performing other clinical duties as required.

What You Bring

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma.
• Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing.
• A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver’s license and vehicle as regular travel is required.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• CPR Certification.
• Current immunization record including 2 step TB test.
• To protect our patients, we require a current vulnerable sector check and a clear background check.
