Reporting to MP Iacono, the Alfred Pellan riding office offers a dynamic work environment. We are a professional, motivated team that has the public's interests at heart.

Job Description :

The Community Liaison Officer will play a key role in compiling data related to federal grant programs and communicating with organizations and businesses in the Alfred-Pellan riding in order to present them with the appropriate government programs and grants to meet their needs. Experience working in an office in an administrative support position.

The main tasks can be summarized in three functions :

  • Compilation of data and analysis of federal grants;
  • Management of relations with organisations and businesses in connection with federal programmes and grants;
  • Popularisation of information with a view to passing it on to the public.

The main responsibilities :

  • Analyse the needs of businesses and organisations to identify the grants that apply to them;
  • Facilitate understanding of the grant application procedure;
  • Raise awareness among organisations and businesses to maximise opportunities for federal grants.

  • You have a passion for research and analysis;
  • You are a self-motivated individual with initiative and interpersonal skills;
  • You are able to find the right approach to communicate information to a diverse audience;
  • You are self-motivated and can manage a variety of tasks effectively;

Operational requirements :

Although the working hours are flexible, the job may require the incumbent to travel and, on occasion, to work long hours and some weekends.
