Job summary

The Salvation Army in Canada seeks a kitchen administrator in Windsor to support client service delivery and administration within the centre. You will prepare and serve meals, manage inventory, and ensure hygiene and safety standards are met during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve all meals according to shift menu and manager approval.
• Food preparation, including washing, chopping, peeling, mixing, cooking and baking.
• Maintain inventory records and accept deliveries and store products accordingly.
• Ensure proper hygiene and safe handling of foods; adhere to health and safety standards.
• Manage volunteers and community service workers in the kitchen; keep areas clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
