AltaGas is seeking a Community Investment Advisor to lead the signature fund, manage grants and partnerships, and deliver outcomes that support business priorities. You will collaborate with Community & Indigenous Relations, Government Relations, Communications, and Operations to build trusted relationships and demonstrate impact through dashboards and reports.

The role emphasizes organization, analytics, and proactive program management.

Qualificações

• 4-8 years of experience in community investment, CSR, stakeholder engagement, or related field.
• Experience administering grants, funding programs, sponsorships, donations, or portfolios.
• Strong relationship-building with Indigenous communities, governments, and stakeholders.
• Exceptional organization, project management, and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and financial skills; able to develop reports, dashboards, and funding recommendations.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence across diverse groups.
• Proactive, self-starting, able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsabilidades

• Lead administration of a signature community investment fund, including intake, due diligence, funding recommendations, approvals, and grant administration.
• Serve as primary contact for community organizations, Indigenous partners, applicants, and recipients.
• Manage a portfolio of grants, sponsorships, donations, and partnerships.
• Support regional community investment strategies aligned with needs, priorities, and objectives.
• Track program performance, outcomes, and impact metrics through dashboards and reports.
• Prepare executive summaries, presentations, impact reports, and briefing materials for leadership.
• Identify emerging needs, opportunities, and risks across operating regions.
• Partner with related teams to maximize community impact.
• Support community events, announcements, employee volunteer initiatives, and storytelling.
