Qualifications

• Diploma in Developmental Service Work or acceptable equivalent.
• One year of recent community-based experience supporting individuals with an outcome-based approach.
• Must have a valid driver's license (class G) and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate participation in community-based activities to promote skills in leisure, recreation, employment, and volunteering.
• Support individuals in goal planning and attending planning meetings to achieve desired goals.
• Provide job coaching and help maintain positive relationships and independence in placements.
