Our programs and services include employment services, supportive housing and homeless outreach, literacy programs and outreach, immigrant services, adult and family on-demand support. We also provide community leadership and development in overdose response planning, poverty reduction planning, and other projects that develop a more connected and resilient community.
The Community Health Services Manager provides leadership across Complex Care Housing and LIFT’s community-based health and harm reduction programs. These include the Overdose Prevention and Treatment Hub Site (OPS), Drug Checking, and VCH’s only rural injectable Opioid Agonist Treatment (iOAT) clinic.
qathet Complex Care Housing is a collaboration between LIFT, Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH), and Tla’amin Nation, providing housing and health supports for people experiencing significant mental health, substance use, and other complex needs. The program includes Tier 1 Intensive Supportive Housing and Tier 2 Stabilization and Respite services, supporting participants with the level of care they need as their circumstances change.
This role leads multidisciplinary teams, supports high-quality participant care, and oversees the day-to-day delivery and development of these programs. Working closely with staff, community partners, and health-care providers, the Manager helps strengthen coordinated, trauma-informed, person-centred and harm reduction-based services for people facing complex barriers in the qathet region.
