Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in graphic design and/or social media content creation.
• French-English bilingual is an asset.
• Able to manage multiple client accounts and report on them.
• Experience creating content for lifestyle, beauty, and consumer brands.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, changes, and trends.
• Impeccable organization and deadline-driven.
• Adaptable to the changing digital environment.
• Strong numerical ability for reporting and statistics.
• Mastery of English, oral and written.
• Ability to write persuasive, grammatically correct copy.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and client presentation skills.
• Portfolio required with application.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all designated social channels daily and weekend checks.
• Engage on client social channels both reactively and proactively.
• Coordinate communities while maintaining brand tone.
• Provide weekly updates on engagement, content performance, and trends.
• Post and schedule content across multiple platforms.
• Contribute KPIs to monthly/quarterly reports.
• Support content creation, including graphics and UGC.
• Execute social calendars and content creation steps.
• Assist with on-site shoots, including prop sourcing.
• Proofread copy for spelling and grammar.
• Participate in strategy brainstorming and presentations.
• Attend team, supervisor, and client meetings.
• Track deadlines and manage priorities daily.
• Monitor platform updates and share developments.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Track client hours using TMetric.
• Attend in-person meetings, conference calls, and occasional after-hours events.
• Perform research and miscellaneous duties as required.
