Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to RHA Policies, Procedures and CET standards.
• Promote safe environments and report hazards.
• Assist with development, monitoring and implementation of Individualized Service Plans.
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and engage with the community to support participation and inclusion.
• Provide transportation and support to individuals as needed within program guidelines.
