Job summary

Unison Health and Community Services seeks an independent Chiropodist to provide care at the Bathurst-Finch site under a purchase of service agreement. The provider delivers comprehensive foot health assessments, treatment and preventive care in a multidisciplinary setting, emphasizing health promotion and patient education.

Ideal candidates have COCOO licensure, strong clinical skills, and 1–2 years in a community setting; experience with Practice Solutions Suite/PSS is an asset.

Qualifications

• Licensed chiropodist with current COCOO registration.
• Experience in community health and working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of social determinants of health and culturally competent care.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive foot health assessments, treatment, and preventive care.
• Maintain clinical records and inventory; ensure quality assurance of equipment.
• Participate in quality care chart audits and standards updates.
• Work with other care providers to support client education and health promotion.
