Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from a recognized university.
• Diploma from an accredited Chiropody program.
• Active registration and good standing with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario.
• Experience with EMR systems (PS Suite, Nightingale) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment of foot-related conditions.
• Provide a range of clinical services including surgical foot care, orthotic casting and footwear assessments, and wound care management.
• Deliver preventative care, patient education, and health counseling.
• Maintain accurate EMR records, including charting and audits.
• Contribute to program development and evaluation initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate referrals.
• Support clinic operations, including ordering supplies and equipment.
• Participate in student mentorship and preceptorship opportunities.

This role supportsunderserved and at-risk populationswithin a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare environment. You will play a key role in advancingaccessible, culturally responsive care, working alongside an interprofessional team to improve patient outcomes and community health.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensiveassessments, diagnoses, and treatmentof foot-related conditions in accordance with professional standards
• Provide a range of clinical services, including:
  • Surgical foot care
  • Orthotic casting and footwear assessments
  • Wound care management
• Deliverpreventative care, patient education, and health counseling
• Maintain accurate and timelyelectronic medical records (EMR), including charting, audits, and participation in case conferences
• Contribute toprogram development, implementation, and evaluationinitiatives
• Collaborate withinterdisciplinary teamsand coordinate referrals as needed
• Support clinic operations, includingordering supplies and equipment
• Participate instudent mentorship and preceptorshipopportunities

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from a recognized university
• Diploma from an accredited Chiropody program
• Active registration and good standing with theCollege of Chiropodists of Ontario

Experience

• 3–5 years of clinical experience in chiropody (community health, hospital, or private practice) considered an asset
• New graduates and candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply
• Experience working withdiabetic patientsis an asset
• Exposure toprogram development and evaluationis an asset
• Experience with EMR systems (e.g., PS Suite, Nightingale) preferred
