Job summary

Assisted Living Alberta is seeking a Registered Nurse to support Home Living clients in the Edmonton zone, delivering comprehensive nursing care in clients' homes. You will assess needs, plan care, and coordinate resources to meet goals in collaboration with families and the health care team.

Provisional permit holders earn $40.76–$55.79/hour, with rates adjusted upon full permit to UNA guidelines. This position offers part-time, temporary shifts with day, evening, night, and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing education program.
• Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA).
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
• Two years of recent nursing experience (within last 5 years) or completion of refresher within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and deliver therapeutic nursing services.
• Coordinate resources and establish care plans with client goals.
• Provide case management and direct in-home care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and mentor students.
