Roles and Responsibility:

Reporting to the Director of Business and Organization Communications, the individual selected for this role will serve as the communications adviser for the Advanced Therapeutics Division (ATD), primarily in Canada - partnering closely with senior leaders across the organization to help articulate business priorities, drive alignment, and support executing key initiatives.

The Communications Representative will support the ongoing integration , including the internal-communications strategy and execution required to ensure broad employee understanding and adoption.

Responsibilities

Executive Communications

• Serve as a communications partner to the ATD Canada leadership team.
• Develop and execute strategic communications plans that support change initiatives, business priorities, and leadership messaging.
• Create executive-level content including, but not limited to, leadership messages, presentations, talking points, internal storytelling.
• Support leadership engagement with employees through town halls.

Organization Communications

• Translate complex operational topics into clear, accessible messaging for internal audiences - many of whom do not regularly access computers.
• Explore and execute novel approaches to drive employee engagement. Examples include the creative use of video, design elements, digital signage, infographics, and other new tools and media content.
• Support enterprise-wide communications through the organization’s transformation.
• Partner with business and functional leaders to ensure alignment and consistency across communications.
• Manage business intranet page and ongoing integration-related updates.
• Assist in coordinating and promoting company and community engagement events.
• Serve as communications SME for any external communications in partnership with Enterprise Public Relations.

Enterprise Coordination and Collaboration

• At times, support other C-suite executives and organizations.
• Explore and execute novel communication approaches to drive employee engagement.
• Manage sensitive and confidential information on a regular basis with the utmost discretion.
• Provide regular communications updates for operational, executive, and ad-hoc reviews.
