The University of Saskatchewan is seeking a Communications Coordinator to support strategic communications for the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer. You will craft stories, newsletters, and website content while ensuring brand alignment and timely delivery across channels.
Collaborate with faculty, staff, students, and external partners to promote events and achievements through storytelling and campaigns, with a focus on human resources communications and pension/benefits messaging.
Summary The communications coordinator supports the strategic communication efforts of the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer (including the Human Resources and ConnectionPoint divisions) by assisting in the development, coordination, and dissemination of internal and external communications primarily in the functional area of human resources. The role involves creating a wide range of communications content including stories, newsletters, website updates, and social media to engage internal and external audiences. This position ensures consistent messaging, brand alignment, and timely delivery of content across various platforms. The communications coordinator works collaboratively with communications professionals, faculty, staff, students and external partners to help promote events, programs and achievements through storytelling and campaign support.
