The University of Saskatchewan is seeking a Pension Analyst in Human Resources to support administration and governance of the university’s pension plans. The role delivers accurate reporting and analysis to internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with trustees, actuaries, and other partners to address needs and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key duties include policy review, project coordination, data integrity across pension systems, and preparing benefit statements for plan members.
The pension analyst supports the administration and governance of the university’s pension plans by delivering accurate reporting and analysis to internal and external stakeholders. This role collaborates with trustees, actuaries, and other external partners to address stakeholder needs and comply with federal and provincial legislation. Key responsibilities include contributing to policy review, project coordination, and the maintenance of pension systems and data integrity. Applying a strong understanding of pension plan environments, the analyst performs and reviews pension calculations and provides direct support to plan members.

Salary: The salary range, based on 1.0 FTE, is $54,520.00 - 95,954.00 per annum. The starting salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
