Description

ZOÏ Agency, a boutique Public Relations agency, is seeking a bilingual Communications Coordinator in their Montreal office. Our ideal candidate has 1-2 years’ experience and is passionate about pursuing a career in the fashion, design, hospitality, and beauty PR industry. This is a full-time role located at our offices in Old Montreal with hybrid work from home available.

Responsibilities

• Interact with ZOÏ Agency’s fashion, beauty, design, and hospitality brands
• Participate in brainstorm sessions
• Coordinate sample requests
• Research for projects
• Manage and update media lists
• Track media coverage and report results
• Prepare and traffic sample requests
• Support media requests
• Influencer partnership support
• Write French press materials
• Translate English press materials to French
• Assist with event planning

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ relevant PR experience (agency preferred)
• Bachelor’s in communications, PR, journalism, or marketing (preferred)
• Knowledge of Canadian publications
• Proficient in Mac and Microsoft Office
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Fully bilingual in French and English, with strong communication skills

Additional Information

Hybrid work environment with at least 3 days/week in Old Montreal.
