The Position

The Communications and Content Manager is responsible for planning and executing strategies that cement Eclipse’s position as a leader in the Digital Manufacturing and Automation industry to accelerate brand growth. The incumbent will plan and manage projects, work within a team environment, ignite change, lead conversations, strengthen the Eclipse brand, andpropel awareness about thespectrum ofour capabilities to multiple stakeholders internally and externally. The Communications and Content Manager will strategize, plan, and execute initiatives that drive brand visibility, enhance communication efforts, and support our overall business objectives while delivering the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ability to execute research and leverage insights to develop market narratives, stories and messaging and translate for the different audiences and distribution
  • Proven experience working with external writers, developing briefs and developing content for various mediums – website, social, whitepapers, playbooks, sales pitch decks, eBooks, landing pages, webinars and events
  • Lead or support the initiatives and projects under the Strategic Plan, including engaging with internal stakeholders, and developing communications briefs, plans and key messages
  • Under the leadership of the Director, the incumbent will provide thoughtful and collaborative strategic communications advice and support to colleagues from across Eclipse Automation, on a wide variety of subjects. They will also support development of speaking remarks and presentations for members of the Leadership Team
  • Plan and co-lead Eclipse’s digitaland social media strategy to increase brand awareness, including managing Eclipse’s digital editorial calendar
  • Responsible for all developing and producing all customer, partner and internal content
  • With a finger on trends and best practices, create and curate unique and compelling content for Eclipse’s owned, paid and earned media and platforms
  • Take a leadership role in issue management and crisis communications
  • Working closely with the Director, create and implement a communications measurement and evaluation framework
  • Leverage customer stories to highlight the value of Eclipse Automation working cross-functionally where needed
  • In collaboration with Sr. Brand and PR manager identify, onboard, and manage relationships with external PR agencies to ensure effective execution of communication strategies
  • Lead all crisis communication and reputation management efforts to safeguard the Eclipse’s reputation
  • Lead the development of comprehensive messaging frameworks and craft high-quality written content, including press releases, award submissions, keynote speaker messaging, and other executive communications, to ensure all communications align with the company’s brand and strategic objectives
  • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for speaker engagements and award submissions that will enhance the visibility of the product and company, positioning Eclipse Automation as a leader in the industry.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Design or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing
  • Outstandingprojectmanagement and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience in managing new website launches including developing the content strategy and roadmap
  • A keen eye for design and ability to provide brand-compliant direction to graphic designers, photographers and other vendors
  • Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X
  • Sound working knowledge and experience in all aspects of web-based communications – from site development, design and navigation to content creation and maintenance
  • Proficiency in developing content for multi-platform communications including social media, multimedia, graphic design
  • Deep experience working with HubSpot, Monday.com
