At Volker Stevin, we’ve launched a Strategic Safety Roadmap that will shape and direct our next steps in the evolution of our safety culture for the future generations of Volker employees. To bring this strategy to life, we’re seeking a Communications & Change Management Specialist—someone who knows how to connect with people from the boots to the boardroom and translate vision into action.
Reporting to the Director, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), this position will work closely with leadership to support the rollout of key safety programs and cultural transformation efforts by developing plans, crafting messaging, supporting adoption, and making the strategy tangible at every level of the organization. You will help integrate our strategic safety plan into field operations and corporate systems alike, ensuring it’s understood, embraced, and sustained. This is a 9-month contract position, with the possibility of an extension based on project needs and performance.
