The Communications & Admin Coordinator plays a key role in executing campaigns, communicating with supporters, and keeping our systems organized and up to date. You’ll support the growth of our donor community, amplify our story, and help ensure smooth behind-the-scenes operations.
You’ll also support the daily operations of Promise Vancouver through administration, bookkeeping, and coordination. This position helps ensure our programs run smoothly by managing financial records, assisting the Executive Director and Board, responding to inquiries, and supporting program logistics. Qualified candidates are detail-oriented, trustworthy, and aligned with our mission to help children and teens in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside know they are valuable and loved.
The starting wage for this position is $24-$26 per hour. This is a permanent, part-time (20 to 24 hours per week) position, reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager.
Note: This role is a combination of Operations and Admin Coordinator (Part-Time) and Development and Communications Coordinator (Part-Time)
