  • Training or certification in change management, project management, digital communications, fundraising communications, or public relations is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive communication practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic communications plans, programs, and engagement initiatives.
  • Design, manage, and evaluate internal communications strategies within a large, multi-site organization.
  • Support organizational change initiatives through communications planning, community engagement, and employee communications.
  • Manage projects involving social media, content creation, marketing communications, media relations, and the development of promotional materials.
  • Support fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship activities, and philanthropic initiatives is considered an asset.
  • Work with accessible websites, content management systems, and digital communication platforms (Blink) as an asset.
  • Background in healthcare, long-term care, not-for-profit, or public sector environments is an asset.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Supporting fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship activities, and philanthropic initiatives is considered an asset.
