The Position

The Commissions Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of commission compensation for all eligible employees at HSCI. This role ensures commissions are calculated, recorded, paid, and reported in compliance with current compensation plans, policies, and approvals. The analyst maintains strict confidentiality of commission-related information while ensuring efficient processes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of accounting-related and analytical experience, preferably in a publicly traded organization with tight reporting deadlines. Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and effective communication are essential. Flexibility and adaptability to changes in plans and reporting processes are also required.
