Job summary

The Brick is seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants for our retail locations across Canada. This is a 100% commission role with potential for strong earnings, supported by a guaranteed minimum wage during hours worked if commissions fall short.

You will help customers with purchases through relationship selling, maintain product knowledge, and work as part of a team to achieve personal and store goals. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to learn new computer applications.
• Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases through relationship selling.
