Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of kitchen experience and basic cooking/cleaning fundamentals.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and public health practices.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with good time management.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have work permit.
• Open availability (Mon-Sun, 9 am–5 pm).
• Valid Full G Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, produce and execute menu items per detailed recipes and standards.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing unit and related areas.
• Deliver Commissary Items to all 7 locations in Toronto.
• Data Entry of Invoices and Inventory Counts.
• Receive and store deliveries; ensure FIFO and proper storage.
• Maintain sanitation and comply with food safety guidelines.
