We are looking to recruit a driven, ambitious individual to join our Commercial Vehicle team at our Ford Bradford site.

About You

We are seeking an experienced and talented Sales Manager to lead our successful team at Ford Bradford. Reporting to the Dealer Principal, your main responsibilities will include managing the Sales team, supporting sales of Commercial Vehicles, and achieving all targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention.

You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities and fostering long-term growth for the dealership and your team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a strong leader, and capable of creating a customer-centric environment through effective communication, team building, and coaching.

Key Objectives as a Sales Manager
  1. Achieve and exceed sales targets through a motivated sales team.
  2. Manage training and development to improve performance and support career growth.
  3. Delegate responsibilities and monitor progress.
  4. Collaborate with the Dealer Principal to formulate policies for maximum profitability.
  5. Develop strategies and action plans to increase business and sales volume.
  6. Oversee sales campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities to maximize sales and enhance the retailer's image.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  8. Build strong relationships with financial institutions and relevant businesses.
  9. Maximize sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and retention.
  10. Maintain effective communication to establish long-term marketing objectives.

Handle dissatisfied customers with professionalism, resolve complaints sensitively, and involve others when necessary.
