A well-established trucking company seeks a Commercial Truck Driver to ensure the safe transportation of heavy equipment and materials across the Lower Mainland. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, a valid class 1 driver’s license, and be adept at operating heavy-duty trucks. Extended benefits are available after three months of employment, making this a promising long-term opportunity.

Title of the position- Commercial Truck Driver (NOC 73300)
Job duties:
1. Drive a heavy duty truck.
2. Operate heavy equipment, including lowbed, end dump & demo trailers
3. Safely and efficiently transport heavy equipment, materials, and goods to designated locations
4. Load and unload machines using appropriate equipment and techniques
5. Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely deliveries
6. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and any incidents or delays
7. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the truck
8. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the truck to ensure its safety and functionality
9. Communicate with dispatchers and supervisors regarding any issues or changes
Terms of employment: Permanent full time;
Language of work: English
Benefits: extended health benefits (medical and dental) after three months
Wages: $35 per hour for 40 hours per week
Location of work: various locations in Lower Mainland
