Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking experienced Commercial Roofing Technicians to support projects in the Edmonton region. Under a Foreman, you will install various low-slope roofing systems and perform QA inspections to ensure proper operation and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of commercial roofing experience, with a focus on flat or low-slope systems (steep-slope experience also considered).
• Ability to work at heights and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%-35% within the region and work flexible hours during peak seasons.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required (truck is an asset).

Compensation

• Hourly rate typically ranges from $29.00 to $44.00, based on experience, skills, internal equity, and market alignment.
