Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Experience with TPO roofing systems preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in the field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work in various weather conditions.
• Valid Working at Heights Certification
• Valid G Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect commercial roofing systems for leaks, damage, and deficiencies.
• Diagnose roofing issues and determine repair solutions.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on various commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal).
• Apply sealants, patches, coatings, and waterproofing solutions.
• Complete service documentation and photos; maintain safety standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team; support emergencies and preventive maintenance.

The Role

As a Skilled Roofing Service Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing commercial roofing systems for our customers. You'll be responsible for diagnosing issues, recommending solutions, and performing repairs safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect commercial roofing systems for leaks, damage, and deficiencies
• Diagnose roofing issues and determine appropriate repair solutions
• Perform repairs and maintenance on TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, and other commercial roofing systems
• Apply sealants, patches, coatings, and waterproofing solutions
• Complete service documentation, inspection reports, and photographs
• Maintain company quality and safety standards on every project
• Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members
• Assist with emergency service calls and preventative maintenance programs
• Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a safe and organized manner
