Empire Roofing Corporation is seeking a Skilled Roofing Service Technician to service commercial roof systems in the GTA, based in Georgetown. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and maintain safety and quality on diverse roofing materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Experience with TPO roofing systems preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in the field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work in various weather conditions.
• Valid Working at Heights Certification
• Valid G Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect commercial roofing systems for leaks, damage, and deficiencies.
• Diagnose roofing issues and determine repair solutions.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on various commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal).
• Apply sealants, patches, coatings, and waterproofing solutions.
• Complete service documentation and photos; maintain safety standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team; support emergencies and preventive maintenance.
