Role Description

The Commercial Real Estate Specialist will independently manage and execute commercial real estate transactions, conduct detailed market analysis, and develop comprehensive financial models for accurate property evaluation. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising directly with clients, skillfully negotiating lease and sale agreements, creating compelling marketing materials, and maintaining updated property listings.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate
  • Knowledge of Finance principles and financial modeling
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in commercial real estate brokerage, sales, leasing, or investment.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis.
  • Highly self-motivated with a track record of successfully closing commercial real estate transactions.
  • Familiarity with industry-leading tools and technology
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently in a remote work setting.
  • Licensed Real Estate Salesperson or Broker in Ontario (required).
