Dentons Canada is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our Vancouver real estate team. The successful candidate will coordinate complex commercial real estate transactions, land development matters, subdivision work, financing transactions, and Land Title Office filings, including leasehold, strata, airspace, and related filings.

Minimum of six (6) years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate transactions and development work.
Strong experience with commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, closing agendas and closing books.
Familiarity with British Columbia real estate conveyancing procedures, title registration, due diligence searches, LOTA and PTT reporting.

Responsabilidades

Administer real estate conveyancing files from start to finish under lawyer supervision.
Prepare closing agendas, documentation, and closing books for transactions.
Draft and file documents related to land development and registrations with Land Title Office and government agencies.
Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other parties through closings and reporting.
