BMO Real Estate Finance Group in Canada seeks an experienced credit professional to evaluate and structure commercial lending solutions. You will analyze credit information, model risk, and monitor portfolios to ensure profitability while maintaining compliance and client service excellence.

The role requires strong financial analysis, deal structuring skills, and fluency in English and French. Travel/local market knowledge is beneficial, and BMO offers diverse benefits and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in credit or lending in a corporate or banking environment.
• Fluent in French and English; role supports clients and team members across Quebec.

Mansioni

• Analyze credit information to support lending decisions for new and existing Commercial banking loans.
• Negotiate loan structures and terms in line with bank policies.
• Assess client repayment capacity using financial models and risk analysis.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify risks, opportunities, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead proposals, develop relationships, and maintain client satisfaction.
