A well-established and growing real estate developer is looking for a hands-on, operations-focused Property Manager to oversee a commercial / retail portfolio in the GTA and surrounding areas. About the Role :

As Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations and tenant relationships , ensuring every site runs smoothly and every tenant feels supported. Your responsibilities include conducting site inspections, managing service providers, handling tenant requests, and coordinating with internal teams. You will be the on-the-ground leader ensuring properties are well-maintained, issues are addressed promptly, and communication remains seamless.
